Shipping & delivery

We ship from our own unit at Duderhama, Ganderbal, in Kashmir, to addresses anywhere in India.

What delivery costs

Orders of ₹499 or more travel free. Below that there is a flat charge of ₹49, whatever the parcel weighs and wherever in India it is going.

If you use a discount code, the free-delivery threshold applies to what you actually pay after the discount. A ₹540 basket with ₹100 off is a ₹440 order, and pays the ₹49.

How long it takes

We pack and hand over to the courier within one to two working days of your order. After that it is the courier's road:

• Srinagar and Kashmir valley — usually 1 to 3 days after dispatch
• Rest of India — usually 4 to 7 days after dispatch
• Remote pin codes, the North East and the islands — sometimes longer

Snow closes the Srinagar–Jammu highway for days at a time in winter. When that happens, parcels wait rather than take a worse route, and we tell you.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹2,000. Above that we ask for online payment — a large cash parcel that is refused at the door costs the house more than the order was worth.

Tracking

The moment your parcel is handed over you get a message with the courier name and the tracking number. You can also look up any order with your order number and the phone number you used, on the tracking page.

Something wrong with the address

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you notice. If the parcel has not been handed to the courier we will change it. If it has, we will help you sort it out with the courier, but we cannot promise it will be caught in time.
