Reviews come from customers once their parcel has reached them. A link goes out when an order is marked delivered, and it opens only for that order.

We ask every customer for a line once their parcel reaches them, and nothing appears here until somebody writes one. Ours is a young shop — the first will be along shortly.

How a review gets here

  1. 1 · The parcel is marked delivered.
  2. 2 · A message goes to that customer with a link only their order opens.
  3. 3 · They rate it, and write a line if they want to.
  4. 4 · Somebody at the house reads it before it appears here.

Nobody can review a spice they were not sent, and nothing is published without being read first.
