Dried and packed at our unit in Ganderbal, Kashmir.
Mint leaves dried in shade so they keep their colour, then rubbed to a coarse powder. A spoon in raita, a pinch in chutney, or steeped with salt tea on a slow afternoon.
Whole spice in, ground spice out, the same week it is packed. We do not buy ground spice from anyone, and the batch number on the pack is the batch we can show you.
