Ground and packed at our unit in Ganderbal, Kashmir.
Four packs in an ivory box: Wazwan Meat Masala 250 g, Ver Masala 100 g, Kashmiri Red Chilli 250 g and ground fennel 100 g, with a card of the house recipes for rogan josh and yakhni. Enough for a season of Sundays.
Whole spice in, ground spice out, the same week it is packed. We do not buy ground spice from anyone, and the batch number on the pack is the batch we can show you.
